By accessing or using Bacon Bypass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service includes, without limitation:
/ and its supporting endpoints./delta and the captcha demo at /demo./key, the plan overview at /pricing, and the supported-services list at /supported./api-docs, served from api.baconbypass.xyz, including bulk processing.Bacon Bypass is a link-bypassing utility that processes URLs you submit. We do not operate user accounts; access to paid features is tied to an API key (see Section 03). We reserve the right to modify, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you purchase a paid plan, you additionally represent that you are legally able to make the payment, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree to use Bacon Bypass only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to revoke keys, block IP addresses, and terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
Bacon Bypass has no accounts, usernames, or passwords. An API key is the only credential, and it is what determines which plan you have access to.
Keys carry a request quota and, where applicable, an expiry time. Both are enforced by our upstream key service and are shown to you on the /key dashboard. A valid key removes advertisements and the Turnstile captcha step from the main interface.
Your key is stored in your own browser's local storage and works as a bearer credential, so anyone who has it can use your quota. Please keep it to yourself. We cannot restore quota used by a shared key, and keys posted publicly may be revoked.
Keys are licences to use the Service, not property. We may revoke a key for abuse or breach of these terms. Plans, quotas, prices, and rate limits may change; changes apply to new purchases and renewals, and we will not retroactively reduce credits you have already paid for.
There is no checkout on this website. All purchases are arranged manually through our Discord server, and payment is made through one of the methods listed on the /pricing page — currently crypto or Binance Pay, PayPal, or a local Vietnamese bank transfer.
Because payment happens off-site, we do not collect or store your payment details. Your payment provider handles the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. Any Discord messages exchanged to arrange the purchase are handled under Discord's own terms and privacy policy.
Keys and credits are delivered immediately and are therefore non-refundable once issued. If a payment is completed but no working key is delivered, contact us on Discord and we will either issue the key or refund that payment. We do not refund unused quota, partially used months, keys revoked for breach of these terms, or results from an upstream service we do not control.
The Service applies limits so it stays available for everyone:

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular link will be processed successfully. Support for an individual service can stop working when that service changes.
Bacon Bypass is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of the external services or websites it interacts with, including the link-shortener, ad-gate, captcha, and paste providers listed on /supported. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You use bypass results at your own risk.
The list of supported services on /supported is informational and changes over time. Inclusion of a service is not a promise that it will keep working, and is not advice that bypassing it is permitted in your situation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of a given link complies with applicable law and with that provider's terms.
We do not host, review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content behind any URL you submit or any destination you are forwarded to.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bacon Bypass and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service.
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights regarding that information when you use Bacon Bypass.
We do not create user accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and process your requests.
To keep the free tier free and cover infrastructure costs, we display advertisements supplied by third-party ad networks to visitors who are not using a valid key. Those networks collect data under their own policies (see Section 10).
The Service is served through Cloudflare's global network, and the providers we depend on operate in various countries, so your data may be processed outside your own country.
Because we hold no account tied to your identity, there is usually nothing for us to look up, export, or erase on request. You can clear your key and preferences at any time by using "forget key" on the /key dashboard or by clearing your browser's local storage — but keep your own copy of a paid key first, as clearing it does not cancel or refund the plan. For questions about data we may hold, or to request deletion of a key record, contact us on Discord.
Depending on the route and the target URL you are processing, the Service interacts with different captcha mechanisms:
/delta, /demo): this is not an access barrier protecting our server. Solving these challenges is a technical dependency of the upstream provider — you solve the presented challenge in the client interface so that the session token needed to complete the bypass can be obtained. The challenge script and its images are relayed through our own domain.These third-party challenge services may process your network configuration, browser context, and interaction with the challenge. Please review their own terms and privacy policies.
To deliver the Service, data you submit may be sent to: Cloudflare (network protection and Turnstile verification), our own Bacon Bypass API hosts, Platoboost (captcha challenges and Delta authentication), and upstream bypass endpoints used for specific providers. A submitted link is only forwarded to the endpoint that handles its provider; links that do not match a supported provider are rejected rather than processed.
We partner with third-party advertising networks to serve advertisements to visitors on the free tier. These networks may use cookies, web beacons, or tracking identifiers to collect non-personally identifiable information such as your IP address, browser type, and interaction with ads, in order to select the ads shown to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of these networks.
Advertisements are disabled entirely while a valid API key is present in your browser. A publisher declaration file (ads.txt) is served for ad-verification purposes.
Bacon Bypass sets no cookies of its own. We use no analytics scripts and no first-party advertising pixels. Cookies you observe come from the third-party ad networks above or from Cloudflare's security layer.
We store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage for functionality only. Apart from your API key, which is sent with your requests, none of it is transmitted anywhere:
Temporary image caches and session data used while a bypass is running are functional and short-lived.
We do not create user accounts, and we do not link collected data, challenge responses, or third-party advertising profiles to your personal identity.
We may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time, including as features, plans, or providers change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
